I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (License # 003503), Certified Rubenfeld Synergist, Ericksonian Hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master practicing since 1990.
General practice for both singles and couples wanting support in getting unstuck in their lives or relationships, helping them experience more happiness, resilience and ease of movement, greater clarity, meaning, joy and celebration of life. I offer help with depression, anxiety, stress reduction, self-esteem, family/marital issues, parenting, smoking, phobias, spirituality, pain management, weight loss, co-dependency, divorce, life transitions, personal growth, anger management, bereavement or grief issues, performance anxiety, women’s issues, life coaching, and peace and calm within.
My intention is to help you as my client to travel your unique road to “wholeness,” the road where you can be fully “alive.” I bring to you my caring, and my knowledge to help you become aware of how our physical and emotional experiences are connected. When we express what is on our minds and in our hearts, we are able to feel both physical and emotional relief, empowering us to improve the quality of our lives.
